Shipping Information


The packaging vary based on the quantity and size of items ordered. We offer UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic and international delivery and DHL for international delivery only*. Our shoes are shipped with a GFranco shoe bag. We do not ship our shoes with shoe boxes.

Estimated Fees

To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed in your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.

Actual Shipping Fee

The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.  


SHIPPING CARRIER

GFranco Shoes ships orders by UPS and USPS Priority Mail® for US and international addresses. Expedited shipping is available for UPS and USPS. We also offer DHL for international orders only, and is the recommended carrier for international orders.  

PROCESSING TIMES

GFranco Shoes processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 3:00 pm PST on the same day that an order is placed. Online orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items may take additional days to process.  While we process orders 7 days a week, USPS picks up packages from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays. DHL and UPS  pick up packages Monday through Friday only, with some exceptions such as holidays. 

GFranco Shoes does not assume any responsible for lost and stolen packages or any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after a package is physically transferred from our possession to the possession of UPS, USPS or any other carrier.  As discussed below, insurance may be available for domestic and international orders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The domestic transit time is typically 2-3 business days.  Transit times that may be stated on GFranco Shoes’ shipping page during checkout is the estimated transit time provided by the USPS and such time is in addition to the estimated time it takes GFranco Shoes to process and packaging an order. Estimated domestic transit times for shipping within the United States may be found at the USPS’s website at www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/.

With some exceptions, USPS provides insurance for orders shipped Priority Mail up to $50.00 and for Priority Mail Express, up to $100 at no additional cost. Insurance claims must be made through USPS. Further information regarding USPS’ insurance policy may be found at www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.htm?.

GFranco Shoes has no control over the manner in which USPS or other carriers deliver packages and for this reason, GFranco Shoes assumes no responsibility for packages that may be lost, stolen or for any other reason a package fails to be delivered or received after GFranco Shoes transfers packages to the possession of UPS, USPS or any other carrier.

If you are concerned about theft of your package after USPS delivers your package or simply wish to require a signature for delivery, you may include a USPS Signature Confirmation for packages shipped by way of USPS. This USPS service will require a signature before releasing the package to the addressee.  There is a nominal fee that USPS charges (approximately $2.60 USD).  if you wish to include a Signature Confirmation for USPS shipments, please click HERE to add this fee to your shopping cart before checking out.   UPS also offers a similar service whereby UPS will obtain the recipient's signature and provide a printed copy or may also be viewed online. The current fee is $5.00 USD.  To include a UPS Delivery Confirmation, please click HERE.  We also suggest the ROUTE insurance offered for purchase.  This insurance cover the package if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We suggest selecting DHL for international orders.  DHL is typically faster and more reliable than USPS, in part because USPS has to transfer the package to the domestic carrier of the country of destination to complete the final delivery. Further, we are unable to estimate international transit times for international orders shipped through USPS because the transit time of the carrier for the country of destination who receives your package from the USPS is not typically available and is therefore unknown to GFranco Shoes.  DHL is an independent carrier with its on carriers in the country of destination so tracking is typically available and for these reasons, faster and more reliable.. on average, USPS takes two times longer than DHL for a package the be delivered.  

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. GFranco Shoes does not determine or estimate the duties, taxes, cutoff fees levied by the country of destination. GFranco Shoes does not charge or collect and is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s importation policies and fees, please contact your local customs office and/or postal carrier. Orders that are refused or otherwise returned to GFranco Shoes for failure to pay customs or duties are not eligible for a refund of any shipping or handling fees.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. In addition to this email, if you established a customer account on our website, you may log into your account to retrieve the tracking number. if you opted to download a third party App offered, the order can be tracked through that App as well.   International orders may only show transit information up to the point a package is transferred from USPS to the country of destination. International customers should contact their local carrier for information about final transit within the country of destination.  DHL and UPS records display transit information related to the country of destination.
