WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP TO COMPLETE MY EXCHANGE?
Now that you have submitted the Exchange Form, if you have not already done so, please prepay the flat rate postage for GFranco Shoes to mail you your new items to you. To pay the flat rate postage, click the link for "Domestic" or "international" postage

International - International Exchange Postage
Then, pack all the exchange items, and if available, include your orginal packing slip. If the orginal packing slip is unavailable, include a note specifying your first and last name used to place the order and seal the box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
You must then take the box to your local postal carrier (For example United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS) and purchase sufficient postage to mail the the package to GFranco Shoes.

Upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, your selected item will be shipped to you.
Please recall that if any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason non-returnable, prepayment of additional shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.
