To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed in your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
By default, GFranco Shoes ships orders by Priority Mail® through the USPS. For expedited shipping, Express Mail is also available. DHL is an available option for international orders.
GFranco Shoes processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 3:00 pm PST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, USPS picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.
GFranco Shoes does not assume any responsible for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of USPS or any other carrier.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The domestic transit time is typically 2-3 business days. Transit times that may be stated on GFranco Shoes’ shipping page during checkout is the estimated transit time provided by the USPS and such time is in addition to the estimated time it takes GFranco Shoes to process and packaging an order. Estimated domestic transit times for shipping within the United States may be found at the USPS’s website at www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/.
With some exceptions, USPS provides insurance for orders shipped Priority Mail up to $50.00 and for Priority Mail Express, up to $100 at no additional cost. Insurance claims must be made through USPS. Further information regarding USPS’ insurance policy may be found at www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.htm?. GFranco Shoes has no control over the manner in which USPS or other carriers deliver packages and for this reason, GFranco Shoes assumes no responsibility for packages that may be lost, stolen or for any other reason a package fails to be delivered or received after GFranco Shoes transfers packages to the possession of the USPS or any other carrier.
If you are concerned about theft of your package after USPS delivers your package or simply wish to require a signature for delivery, you may include a Signature Confirmation for packages shipped by way of USPS. This USPS service will require a signature before releasing the package to the addressee. There is a nominal fee that USPS charges (currently $2.45 USD). if you wish to include a Signature Confirmation for USPS shipments, please click HERE to add this fee to your shopping cart before checking out.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are unable to estimate international transit times for international orders because the transit time of a carrier for the country of destination who receives your package from the USPS is unknown to GFranco Shoes.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. GFranco Shoes cannot determine or estimate the duties, taxes, cutoffs fees levied by the country of destination. GFranco Shoes does not charge or collect and is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s importation policies and fees, please contact your local customs office and/or postal carrier. Orders that are refused or otherwise returned to GFranco Shoes are not eligible for a refund of any shipping or handling fees.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. In addition to this email, if you established a customer account on our website, you may log into your account to retrieve the tracking number. International orders may only show transit information up to the point a package is transferred from USPS to the country of destination. International customers should contact their local carrier for information about final transit withing country of destination.
