Item Return - What to do next


WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN?

Now that you have submitted the Return Form, pack all the returned items, and if available, include your orginal packing slip. If the orginal packing slip is unavailable, include a note specifying your first and last name used to place the order and seal the box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

You must then take the box to your local postal carrier (For example United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS) and purchase sufficient postage to mail the the package to GFranco Shoes.

Upon our receipt and verification of the unused condition of any item returned, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the form of payment used to place the order.
Please remember that If any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason is non-returnable, prepayment of shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.
