WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

For Exchanges:
 
If you have not already done so, please prepay the postage for GFranco Shoes to mail you your items by clicking the link for "Domestic"  of  "international" postage

            Domestic -  USA Exchange Postage 
       International -  International Exchange Postage 

You must purchase separate postage from your local postal carrier (Example United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS) to mail your items back to GFranco Shoes.
Once you have purchased postage from a carrier, mail your items to:

Upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, your selected item will be shipped to you.   If any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason non-returnable, prepayment of additional shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.

For Returns:

You must purchase postage from your local postal carrier (Example United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS) to mail the items you wish to return to GFranco Shoes.
After you have purchased postage from your local carrier, mail your items to:

If you do not receive a reply from GFranco by way of email within 2 days after you submitted your claim form, please email support@gfranco.com to request a prepaid postage to ship your items to GFranco Shoes.
