INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUNCHING HOLES:
Punching holes in shoe straps: Place holes 1/4 inch apart. Placing holes closer may cause the hole to tear into the adjacent hole. Place the tip in the desired place you wish to make a hole in the shoe strap and squeeze the handle firmly.
