The flat rate fee for exchanges only apply to orders shipped to continental United States addresses and to exchange less than 5 shoes.

For more than 4 items, regular shipping rates apply.

1. You must obtain postage from a carrier of your choice to ship your items in your possession back to GFranco Shoes. 
2. The shipping fee you are paying here is for the postage to mail the item(s) from GFranco Shoes to you.
