1.   Sign into your account using the email address you provided when you submitted the online sponsorship form.

2.   Click this green button to activate your sponsorship code. (Haga clic en este botón verde para activar su código de patrocinio.)

If you are eligible for fishnets and wish to order fishnets with your dance shoe, you must press the green button twice to validate the code twice. 4.  Go to checkout. (ir a pagar)   

5.   In the box "Discount Code and Gift Card" located above the "TOTAL" on the bottom of the checkout page, enter your sponsorship code.  You will need to enter your two assigned codes if you are are ordering, and are eligible to receive, fishnets.

6.   Enter code "2288" to remove the sponsorship charge.

7.   If you wish to pick up the item at a congress, you may select "Pick up" at checkout instead of "Shipping".  Then write in the notes section the name and date of the event you wish to pick up the item.  Note that you must place the order for pick up at least one week before the event.
